Decorah Police arrest man for OWI

Decorah Police responded to a pick up truck that was stuck in an unplowed section of the Winneshiek County Fairgrounds at 6:34 a.m. Saturday morning.

25-year-old Devante Isiah Starks of Prairie du Chien was identified inside the pick up truck and subsequently arrested for OWI 1st offense.
