Winneshiek Medical Center officials say they've gotten a good number of responses to the Community Health Needs Assessment survey.
The survey asks questions about the area's health needs in an attempt to determine what health care priorities should be. So far over 400 surveys have been filled out.
The next phase of the survey is beginning on Monday. "Listening sessions" will be held in Decorah, Ossian and Mabel with community leaders invited to the events.
All of the information gathered during the surveying will then be used by Winneshiek Medical Center for the next several years.
