The winter weather has been affecting Winneshiek Medical Center's finances

WMC Chief Financial Officer Lynn Luloff says adverse weather meant the medical center had net patient revenues of $4.8 million in January--$413,440 less than in December.  As a result, Winneshiek Medical had a net operating loss of $329,302 in January.

Luloff says winter weather also depressed the hospital's revenues in February, but that she is seeing signs traffic is returning to normal in March.
