(The following Letter to the Editor has been submitted by Bob Puffer of Decorah):

"How many Decorah residents who voted against Decorah Power would now like to change their vote? 

Alliant has just announced a 24.45 percent average residential increase in energy costs for Decorah residents. Compare this increase against statements made by Alliant during the campaign and anticipate in a little less than four years Decorah will get another chance to do the right thing."
