Three people arrested in separate incidents over the weekend

The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office reports making three arrests over the weekend.

Shortly after midnight on Saturday, 21-year-old Clayton Watkins of Le Claire, IA was arrested and booked into the Winneshiek County Jail for operating while under the influence.

On Sunday at 2:50 a.m., 28-year-old Kyle Johnson of Calmar was arrested in Calmar and booked into the Winneshiek County Jail for operating while under the influence.

At 3:00 a.m. the same day, 25-year-old Malloreigh Winters of Calmar was arrested in Calmar and booked into the Winneshiek County Jail for public intoxication.
