Decorah woman arrested for OWI and possession of marijuana

Shortly after 2:00 Friday morning, 35-year-old Melissa Palmer of Decorah was arrested and booked into the Winneshiek County Jail for operating while under the influence 2nd offense and possession of controlled substance (marijuana).
