Decorah Police arrest a Luther student on marijuana charges

The Decorah Police Department says officers were called to Olson Hall at Luther College on Saturday because of the smell of marijuana.

19-year-old Nelson Melendez from Laguna Hills, California was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
