West Union man arrested on multiple charges

The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office reports 38-year-old Harry Schultz of West Union was arrested at 3:00 a.m. Thursday and booked into the Winneshiek County Jail for violation of parole warrant, felony possession of controlled substance – 3rd or subsequent (methamphetamine) and felony possession of controlled substance – 3rd or subsequent (marijuana).
