ArtHaus' "Pet Show," an art show celebrating the animals in our lives, will go on display starting Tuesday and running through the end of March.
Sculpture, watercolor, embroidery, photography, drawings, and prints are among the works brought in by area artists in support of the Humane Society of Northeast Iowa.
The show can be viewed for free at the ArtHaus Gallery at 508 West Water Street from 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. weekdays. Area artists will be greeting guests during this first week of the show, starting with Tuesday's guest artist, Matthew Alexander, who will also be doing chair massages.
A closing reception and silent auction will take place on March 29th from 7:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., with proceeds going to the Humane Society of NE Iowa.
