Dorchester man arrested on harassment charges

A Dorchester man has been arrested by Winneshiek County Sheriff's Deputies and taken to the Winneshiek County Jail.

33-year-old Joshua Amunrud was arrested and booked into the Winneshiek County Jail for third degree harassment. While incarcerated in the Winneshiek County Jail, Amunrud also was served an arrest warrant for a violation of probation.
