Survey will help determine what substance abuse issues there are in the area

Helping Services for Youth and Family has created a survey to help determine what substance abuse issues there are in Northeast Iowa.

The survey, which can be taken at https://tinyurl.com/y8z38zax, is anonymous and will in no way be linked back to those taking it.

The information gathered in the survey will assist Helping Services in determining what services to provide to the 5-county area and what priorities to set.
