Decorah woman arrested for public intoxication

Decorah Police have arrested 76-year-old Johanna Shannon of Decorah on a charge of public intoxication.

Police say they were called to East Water Street shortly before midnight Wednesday and found Shannon to be intoxicated.  She was placed under arrest and taken to the Winneshiek County Jail.
