Lime Springs man incarcerated, and Charles City woman charged with criminal mischief while incarcerated

The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office reports two individuals are spending time in the Winneshiek County Jail.
On Friday afternoon, 19-year-old Ezekiel Larson of Lime Springs was incarcerated in the Winneshiek County Jail and served two violation of probation Howard County arrest warrants.
On Saturday, while incarcerated in the Winneshiek County Jail, 30-year-old Tasiana Stephens of Charles City intentionally damaged jail property in her cell. Stephens was charged with criminal mischief 5th degree.
