Around 50 Koether supporters travel to Des Moines Monday for the vote on 29 absentee ballots

Despite Monday's snowstorm, around 50 supporters of Democratic candidate Kayla Koether's petition to count 29 absentee ballots in the Iowa House District 55 election boarded a bus Monday and headed to Des Moines to be in attendance for the House vote.

Koether held a news conference at 2:00 Monday afternoon which featured one of the absentee ballot voters, Liam Murphy.
