Decorah man arrested on three violation of probation warrants

Winneshiek County Sheriff Officers arrested 20-year-old Caleb Fenske of Ridgeway shortly after 4:00 a.m. Thursday for three violation of probation warrants. Fenske was booked into the Winneshiek County Jail
