Decorah man accused of walking into occupied women's showers at Luther has been sent to prison

In December, 33-year-old Victor Hasvold of Decorah was taken into custody after Decorah Police investigated complaints of a man entering a dormitory at Luther College and walking into occupied female bathrooms and showers.
 
Hasvold was charged with Invasion of Privacy and with Trespassing.  Since he was a registered sex offender at the time of the incidents, he was also been charged with an Iowa Sex Offender Registry violation.
 
Hasvold has been in the Winneshiek County Jail since his arrest.  But now a judge has revoked Hasvold's parole, and as a result, he will be returned to a state prison for a period of up to two years.
 
In addition, Hasvold with a no trespass order for the Luther College campus that will be in effect throughout his prison sentence and after he is released.
