Decorah Area Chamber of Commerce recognizes its board members

Three members of the Decorah Area Chamber of Commerce's Board of Directors were recognized by the organization Monday afternoon.

2018 Chamber Board President Shannon Duncan was recognized for her service, as were two departing board members--Brian Huinker and Dawn Muhlbauer.
