Discover Happy holds its first-ever Aerial Winter Showcase

Discover Happy's Aerial Performance Team showcased their skills for the public at the first ever Aerial Winter Showcase Friday night.

The event featured solo, duo, and group performances of student led choreography on Aerial Sling and Lyra hoop apparatuses in the back gym of Winneshiek Wellness Studio (formerly Team Rehab) located at 516 Montgomery Street in Decorah.

Discover Happy founder and owner Amanda Rhine says lots of students participate in her studio's aerial classes, but not all want to perform. The group of 10 students that make up the Aerial Performance Team range in age from 10 - 17. "The sky is the limit for this group as they continue to add more and more elements to their repertoire," says Rhine.
