Longtime Winneshiek Medical Center employee is being recognized for her service

Winneshiek Medical Center Executive Assistant in Administration Joan Peter has been recognized by the hospital's Board of Trustees for her service to the organization.

Peter has announced plans to retire January 30th after 16 years of service at the facility. 

Joan started in May of 2002 at WMC as the Business Office Director. She has worked in a variety of roles in the Business Office and Billing Department.  She transferred to her current position as Executive Assistant in Administration in July of 2007.
