Xi Omicron members present a check to the Lechtenberg family

Xi Omicron was able to make a generous donation to the Justin and Karla Lechtenberg family with the proceeds from their annual Pie Bake Fundraiser which was held in November. Xi Omicron members Dominique Bockman and Sara Hotvedt presented the Lechtenberg family with the check on New Year's Eve Day.

Lewis, their son, who just turned 2 in December, was diagnosed with a rare, cancerous brain tumor located at the base of his brain, near the spinal cord. The tumor was removed this summer at Mayo Clinic Health System. Lewis will have follow up treatments and will be monitored for years.

The sorority and the family are grateful to our community for the outpouring of support.
