Calmar pizza restaurant is moving to Decorah

The former Happy Joe's Pizza Parlor on Water Street in downtown Decorah won't be sitting empty for long.

The owners of High, Wide and Handsome Pizza in Calmar have closed their location in that community and are heading to Decorah.  In a Facebook post, they said, "We would like to thank everyone that helped make us a success in Calmar, and look forward to seeing you again in Decorah soon! We will be reopening in the former Happy Joe's location, where we will be able to offer our famous take away pizza, as well as a full dine in experience."

No date has been set for the reopening in Decorah, with the owners announcing, "we will reopen in Decorah just as soon as we can."
