Man arrested in Decorah on public intoxication charge

Decorah Police were called to the steps of the Decorah Lutheran Church around 2:15 Friday morning. They discovered 51-year-old David Ramlo of Dillon, Colorado lying in a yard.
Ramlo was arrested for First Offense Public Intoxication and taken to the Winneshiek county Jail.
