Decorah man arrested on drunk driving charge

Winneshiek County Sheriff's Deputies arrested a Decorah man Wednesday night on a charge of Operating While under the Influence.

56-year-old Kim Kerr was stopped around 9:00 p.m. on Highway 24 in Washington Township. He was arrested and booked into the Winneshiek County Jail.
