Spillville woman is winner in Heart of American Photo Contest

A Spillville woman is one of the winners of the 11th Annual Capture the Heart of America Photo Contest run by the Silos & Smokestacks National Heritage Area.

The People's Choice "Most Liked on Facebook Award" was given to Joyce Meyer of Spillville for her photo, "Bull Wins!" in the "Celebrations of Iowa Agriculture" category.
