Ridgeway man sentenced in Domestic Abuse/Assault case

A Ridgeway man has been sentenced to one year probation on a charge of First Offense Domestic Abuse/Assault.

Judge Margaret Lingreen imposed the sentence this week on Chad David Harvey, also issuing a 5-year no contact order.
Winneshiek county Sheriff's Deputies were called to Harvey's home in February of this year after an argument he had with his wife resulted in his wife suffering a broken right collarbone.

Harvey entered a guilty plea in the case earlier this month and was sentenced Tuesday.
