The Decorah Police Department is investigating an early morning burglary at Ruby's Restaurant

The Decorah Police Department received a call of a possible burglary shortly before 5:30 a.m. Tuesday from a citizen walking by Ruby's Restaurant and Catering at 120 East Water Street. When Officers arrived, the glass front doors were shattered and the doors were ajar. Upon further investigation and discussion with the restaurant owner, it was discovered a box of loose change was taken from the business.
