Castalia man arrested for harassment and obstruction of emergency communications

On Sunday at 12:45 a.m., 31-year-old Luke Knockel of Castalia was arrested and booked into the Winneshiek County Jail for Aggravated Misdemeanor Harassment and Simple Misdemeanor Obstruction of Emergency Communications.
