Ohio man charged with public intoxication after he was found passed out and lying on Highway 9

The Decorah Police Department reports a man from Ohio was charged with public intoxication after an Officer found him lying in the middle of Highway 9.
On Saturday at 1:53 a.m. a Decorah Police Officer observed 34-year-old David Omaley Jr. of Loveland, OH passed out and lying in the middle of Highway 9. Omaley was taken into custody without incident and was charged with public intoxication.
