Decorah man arrested on public intoxication charge

A Decorah man has been arrested by Decorah Police and charged with First Offense Public Intoxication.

Officers were called to downtown Decorah around 2:15 Friday morning. They found 26-year-old Enrique Pedro Coyan Perez of Decorah in a vehicle in the parking lot of Northeast State Bank.

Perez was arrested and taken to the Winneshiek County Jail.
