Sheriff's Office and Emergency Government warning businesses about bomb threats

The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office and Winneshiek County Emergency Management are issuing a warning about bomb threats that are targeting local businesses. 

These threats are being made via email, with at least one Winneshiek County business receiving such an e-mail.  The e-mail appears to be a hoax, as there are similar threats that have occurred nationwide.

The FBI is investing these e-mails and has established an electronic tip form at https://tips.fbi.gov/  The report to the FBI needs to include the full e-mail threat and the expanded header information that will disclose the IP address from the sender.  The submission should also include the business name and type of product/services the business provides.
