Luther Presidential Search Committee is making progress

The Luther College Presidential Search Committee has taken the next step in the process of finding an 11th president of the college.

The search committee has chosen "a select group of individuals" from the applications it has received. Those people selected now will have confidential preliminary interviews with search committee members at off-campus locations.

Following those interviews, the committee will identify a small number of semi-finalists. After that, the screening will focus on checking with the references the semi-finalists have presented.

The goal remains to have a new presidential candidate presented to the Luther Board of Regents for a vote some time early in 2019.
