Ridgeway man pleads guilty to domestic abuse charge

A Ridgeway man has entered a "guilty" plea to a charge of First Offense Domestic Abuse/Assault.

The charge was filed against Harvey after an incident Tuesday, February 13th.

Winneshiek County Sheriff's Deputies were called to Harvey's home on 240th Street shortly after midnight on the 13th after an argument he had with his wife allegedly became physical, resulting in his wife suffering a broken right collarbone.

No date has been set yet for sentencing in the case.
