Photo taken at Winneshiek County Fair is in the running for "Best of" contest by Silos & Smokestacks

A photo taken by Spillville photographer Joyce Meyer at the 2018 Winneshiek County Fair is in the running for winning Silos & Smokestack's "People's Choice Award" in the 2018 Capture the Heart of America Photo Contest.

Voting will be conducted online starting Monday at www.silosandsmokestacks.org. The contest will be determined by the largest number of Facebook Likes.

Meyer's photo is entitled "Bull Wins!"
