Trial has been set for January 24th for a Decorah man accused of holding a knife at a woman's throat.
30-year-old Joshua Draves has entered a "not guilty" plea to charges of going armed with intent, third degree criminal mischief, and domestic abuse assault.
Draves is accused of slashing the tires on a vehicle, then entering the home and jumping on his female victim while she was sleeping. Police say Draves threatened to kill the woman before putting the knife to his own throat and eventually stabbing himself.
