Additional arrest warrant issued for Westgate man in connection with ongoing drug investigation

An additional arrest was made Sunday by the Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office in connection with the investigation and federal search warrants that were served on June 6th, 2017.

22-year-old Jacob Swearingen of Westgate was charged with two felony counts of controlled substance violation (heroin). An arrest warrant was issued for Swearingen and he was arrested in Linn County and booked into the Winneshiek County Jail.
