Quillins building owners say the building has NOT been sold

The owners of the Quillins building in Decorah--Kent and Marla Klocke--say they have NOT sold their building yet.

Quillins owner Mike Quillin earlier said his business was closing the Decorah store because the building was in the process of being sold.

The Klockes say they have listed the building with GLD Commercial Real Estate Advisors of Cedar Rapids.  The real estate company will work with the Klockes to find a business to rent or purchase the building.
