The Quillin's grocery store in Decorah is in the process of closing.
Quillin's owner Mike Quillin says the building in which the Decorah store is located is in the process of being sold to new, out-of-town owners, who have different plans for the building.
Quillin says the Decorah store will operate on a normal schedule through Thanksgiving. The day after Thanksgiving, it will sell all its inventory at 10 percent of regular prices for beer and alcohol and 20 percent off all other inventory.
Quillin says he wants to thank the Decorah community for its support. He says he has talked with the potential new owners of the building and thinks they will be a good addition to Decorah.
