Former Cho Sun location may get new life

The owner of the former Cho Sun property on Commerce Drive in Decorah says he's hoping the property can be used again for a restaurant and bar.

Waukon developer Jeff Allison has won approval of his redevelopment site plan for the property, although he still needs a few other approvals.  Allison says he has had conversations with someone who wants to open a restaurant at the location, but hasn't reached an agreement yet.  Allison says he's considering putting up the shell of a new building as a way to encourage someone to open a business there.
