Calmar man arrested for public intoxication and interence with official acts

On Sunday night at 8:30, the Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office was attempting to serve a court order to 33-year-old Anthony Kocian of Calmar. Kocian refused to cooperate and was arrested and booked into the Winneshiek County Jail for interference with official acts & public intoxication.
