Decorah Bank & Trust receives a "Banky Award" for the second straight year

For the second year in a row, family-owned and employee-owned Decorah Bank & Trust Company has been named among the top banks in the United States by The Institute for Extraordinary Banking™.

The Institute's Banky™ Award has been presented to Decorah Bank & Trust and its affiliate, Cresco Bank & Trust Co., for a commitment to excellence in banking and community through customer service, philanthropy, innovation, bank culture, and financial literacy education.

The bank also won the Outstanding Workplace Culture Award, which recognizes employee engagement in its mission, vision, and values.
