Local Girl Scouts are collecting winter gear during the month of November

Local Girl Scouts in unit 616 are hoping to make someone's holidays a little warmer by accepting donations of new or gently-used winter gear. All items will be donated to NEICAC.

Please bring your donations of hats, scarves, gloves, mittens, coats, snow pants, and boots to any of these local area banks and businesses: Bank of the West, Decorah Bank and Trust, Northeast Security Bank, Viking State Bank, Farmer and Merchants Savings Bank, Fidelity Bank and Trust, Marine Credit Union, Security State Bank in Ossian, State Bank in Calmar, and Family Table.

Donations will be accepted starting Thursday and running through December 1st.
