Letter to the Editor: Winneshiek County Recorder candidate Jayne Schultz is kind, professional and efficient

"I write to share my strong support for Jayne Schultz, running as an independent candidate for Winneshiek County Recorder. You probably know Jayne because she's been the Deputy Recorder for the last 15 years.  I think it's wonderful that she's running for this office after serving our county for all these years as the deputy.  I've found Jayne to be kind, professional, and efficient in my many interactions with her.  She is clearly knowledgeable and committed to the work of this department and the many and diverse people they serve.  I encourage you to check out Jayne's website (www.electjayneschultz.com) and vote for her on (or before) Tuesday, November 6th."
