Sumner man arrested for shoplifting at Walmart

The Decorah Police Department responded to the report of a male caught shoplifting at Walmart on Saturday at 5:15 p.m.

Walmart's Loss Prevention staff detained 20-year-old Dominick Watson of Sumner in their office until the police arrived. Watson was charged with Theft 5th degree
