Jail inmate gets served two warrants

The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office says 18-year-old Ezekiel Larson of Lime Springs intentionally plugged the jail toilet while in custody at the County Jail.

Larson was served with a warrant for criminal mischief 4th degree for plugging the toilet and also served a warrant for violation of probation as a result of a separate case.
