Northeast Iowa Step Up-Reach Out Suicide Awareness organization receives $4,905 from 100+ Women Who Care Oneota Valley Chapter

100+ Women Who Care Oneota Valley Chapter has raised $4,905 for the Northeast Iowa Step Up-Reach Out Suicide Awareness organization.
Meeting Monday at Dixie's Biergarten in Decorah, group member Robyn Aiels gave the pitch that secured the donation to the organization, which provides suicide education and prevention curriculum to 23 school districts in NE Iowa.
100+ Women Who Care will be accepting additional donations through Sunday. Drop off checks at Rubaiyat or give them to Heidi Rockweiler, Alecia Bucksa, Kim Bonnet or Jen Gipp.
Step-Up Reach Out on Saturday will hold their 4th Annual Step-Up Reach Out Suicide Awareness Walk at 9:00 a.m. beginning and ending at Northeast Iowa Behavioral Health on Montgomery Street. A free will donation is encouraged at registration.
The next 100+ meeting will be a joint meeting with men and women at Rubaiyat Restaurant from 5:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Monday, December 3rd. Everyone is invited.
