Tickets are on sale for NMP's

The New Minowa Players have begun selling tickets for their upcoming show, "Genie in the Sand," which will be performed at New Minowa Players Theatre October 18th through the 21st.

Tickets are currently available at the Oneota Community Food Co-op and online at http://newminowaplayers.org.  Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for children ages 12 and under. They will also be sold one hour before the show prior to each performance.

"Genie in the Sand" features a group of 23 children ages 7-13 years. Rick Scheffert wrote the original script and directs the show. Sheryl Scheffert wrote the songs and does musical direction. The Schefferts have written and directed over 10 children's shows for New Minowa Players.

"Genie in the Sand" will be performed October 18th, 19th and 20th at 7:00 p.m., and October 21st at 2:00 p.m. at the New Minowa Players Theatre at 906 South Mill Street in Decorah.
