NEICAC will start taking low-income heating assistance applications Monday

Northeast Iowa Community Action Corporation (NEICAC) Family Service offices will start taking applications for the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program on October 1st.
ONLY households with individuals 60 or older, or disabled, or have a written disconnection notice or are currently disconnected from their heating or electricity provider can apply starting on October 1st. All other households may apply starting on November 1st.
If your household applied for LIHEAP in the 2017-2018 LIHEAP program year, you can apply online starting November 1st. Visit
http://www.neicac.org/LIHEAP and look for the "Apply Online" link.
