Toxicology results lead to the arrest of a Ridegway woman

52-year-old Heidi Rue of Ridgeway was involved in an accident on September 8th on Highway 9 and Madison Road in Lincoln Township. Toxicology results show Rue was under the influence at the time of the accident.

Rue was charged with operating while under the influence.
