Waverly woman cited for failure to maintain control

On Monday at 7:00 a.m. 22-year-old Kaitlyn Westendorf of Waverly was traveling east on Highway 24 and struck the south guardrail before going across the roadway and striking the north guardrail. The accident cause $8,000 of property damage. No ambulance transport was needed. Westendorf was cited for failure to maintain control.
