Decorah FFA members compete in Livestock Evaluation

Six members of the Decorah FFA competed at Clayton County Livestock Evaluation. Contestants evaluated seven classes ranging from meat goats, feeder heifers, breeding heifers, market lambs, breeding ewes, breeding gilts, and market pigs.

The senior division team of Daniel Schwartzhoff, Steven Sexton, and Julianna Wise received 2nd place. Julianna placed 5th and Daniel placed 8th individually in the senior division.

The junior team of Tyler Irwin, Gavin Sims, and Shayla Smith received 10th place.
